    • 100101, Chicken, Diced, Frozen – Revised USDA Foods Product Information

      Per notification from USDA, there was an error in one of the USDA supplier’s calculation of the crediting for the 100101, Chicken, Diced, Frozen. Therefore, the USDA Foods Product Information Sheet incorrectly stated that 1.6 ounces of diced chicken credits as 1.0 ounce equivalent meat/meat alternate. The correct crediting is 1 ounce of diced chicken credits as 1.0 ounce equivalent meat/meat alternate.

      The USDA has revised the USDA Foods Product Information Sheet for the 100101, Chicken, Diced, Frozen, and this revised USDA Foods Product Information Sheet is available on the USDA website at: http://www.fns.usda.gov/sites/default/files/fdd/100101_Diced_Chicken.pdf
