    Great Beginnings Academy

    • A one year training experience for managers/directors new to School Nutrition Programs. Two 1½ day sessions will be held in October 2014 and January 2015 in Madison at the Department of Public Instruction. Please contact Cindy Loechler, 608-266-5185, for more information.

    ServSafe: Food Safety and Sanitation Course

    • ServSafe will be offered through SNSDC this summer at the following locations: Rhinelander, Oshkosh, La Crosse, Milwaukee and Madison. 
    • Offered around the state per the Wisconsin Restaurant Association.
    • Classes offered on-site at DPI on an 'as needed' basis. Please contact Julie Shelton, 608-267-9132, for more information. $79 fee includes exam and book.
